The main body of the structure is fully welded to ensure strength, stability and accuracy of dimensions. The Frame of the cabinet is made of 2/2.5 mm CRCA sheet depending upon the size of the cabinets. The front covers are made of 2 mm CRCA sheet and side, back and top covers are made of 1.5 mm CRCA sheet. ISI tested eye bolts for lifting the panel and Document holder are part of the standard supply.
These Cabinets can be bayed together to form a larger system. Hinges, 3 point locks and other hardware used are from ISO certified manufacturers.
Zinc passivated mounting plate of 2.5/3 mm CRCA sheet, Horizontal supports with punched holes. Exhaust fan mounting brackets and filters can be supplied as per extra requirement.
In Standard Cabinets the main structure is powder coated with RAL 7011 (DA gray) plain matt finish and all doors and covers are powder coated with RAL 7032 (Siemens gray) having structure finish.
Plinths available in 100 mm and 200 mm height for cable entries.
