This machine is designed for creasing of folding line on PP stationery items like files,folders, etc.
The toggle press is assisted with hydraulic power pack to generate high pressure.
The bottom plate and top die plate temperature are adjustable to suit varios thicknesses and types of materials.
The temperature controlled die coupled with high pressure forms the folding line on PP sheets. Multiple lines with
mainimum pitch of 17 mm upto maximum of 80 mm can be embossed with one stroke. Timer and material placement gauges are provided for consistency in production.
Guard is provided on the press for safety of operator. Cartridge heaters can be changed very easily.
